What’s your favorite part of the listing process?

I really enjoy organizing open houses! From preparing to hosting, every detail matters. First, I’ll choose the best local snacks to highlight the neighborhood. Bottled & sparkling water are a must-have! I ensure that all marketing materials are ready to go & the beautiful flyer is displayed in a stunning frame – plus, I choose the perfect playlist to complement the space. I love getting to showcase the home & present it in its best light.

What’s your favorite part of the purchase process?

Tour day! This is a chance for us to get to know each other better & for my clients to discover what matters to them most in a home. Plus, tour days are fun!

Tell us about your home!

I live in a charming, red-brick English Tudor in the Beverly neighborhood of Chicago. My home was built in 1920 by Chicago architect Edward G. McClellan. I love the leaded glass windows, arched doorways, & coved ceilings that speak to when the home was built. As a lover of uniqueness, I knew it was “the one” at first glance in 2020. Since then, my husband, Joe, & I have happily made in our own. Yes, we bought the first home we looked at – it happens!

What does your perfect Saturday look like?

My dog & I head on an early morning walk while I enjoy my homemade matcha latte. In the afternoon, I host a packed open house. I’d finish the day by enjoying Gibson’s Italia for date night – hopefully celebrating multiple offers!
